Step one

The fit check

One scheduled hour with the person who built and runs this on his own airplane, and a written go or no-go afterward. You keep the write-up whichever way the answer goes.

It is the first step of Owner Setup, not a sales call. If we do not think your airplane belongs on a dry lease, the hour is spent telling you why.

Non-refundable. Credited in full against either build.

What we cover in the hour

1

The airplane

Make, model, year, engine time, avionics, condition, and what it costs you a month to keep it today. Whether it is the kind of airplane renters on your field actually ask for.

2

The field

Where it lives, who else is based there, what the local rental and instruction market already looks like, and whether your hangar or tie-down agreement allows commercial use at all.

3

Your numbers

What it costs you now, what it could realistically bill, and what is left after reserves. Your arithmetic, not a brochure.

4

Your insurance posture

What class your policy is written on now versus what this use needs, and the exact questions to put to your broker. We do not advise on coverage and we do not sell it.

5

Who has to be involved

Your attorney, your broker, your CPA, and what each of them has to look at before anything goes live.

6

The honest workload

What lands on your calendar every week and every month. This is not passive income, and the hour is where that gets said out loud.

What you get afterward

A written summary, usually inside two business days, covering:

  • Go or no-go and the reason behind it.

  • The rate range we would set for your airplane on your field, and why.

  • The blockers we found, in order, with who has to clear each one.

  • Done With You vs Done For You what each would actually look like for your situation.

  • If it is a no-go what would have to change for it to become a yes.

The money

Due before the call
That is what holds the slot.
Non-refundable
You are buying the hour and the write-up, and you get both regardless of the answer.
Credited in full
Against Done With You or Done For You if you go ahead. The credit is good for 90 days from the call.
If we cancel
or cannot deliver the hour, you are refunded in full. That is the only refund case.

What this is not

Not legal advice

We are not attorneys. Your lease, your entity and your liability go to an aviation attorney, and we will introduce you to one.

Not insurance advice

We are not licensed producers. We tell you what to ask your broker. We do not tell you what to buy and we do not place coverage.

Not tax advice

Use tax, personal property tax and depreciation go to your CPA.

Not an inspection

We are not valuing your airplane or determining airworthiness.

Not a guarantee of revenue

Your field, your renters and your market are not ours. We will show you exactly what happened with our airplane and be straight about what we would do differently.

Not aircraft management

We never approve your pilots, hold your keys, dispatch your flights or ground your airplane. Every operational decision stays yours in every tier.
