Who we work with

Two products, and the truth about the third.

We build and run the front-of-house and the schedule for independent flight schools and clubs with two to ten airplanes, and we set individual aircraft owners up to run the dry-lease model we run ourselves. One person does the work, so one build runs at a time and two seats exist on each program, when they are full we say so. The shop product below is in preview and we are being honest about that rather than selling it.

01
Flight schools and clubs

The whole front of the house, and the back of it.

A site that looks like the operation you actually run, a booking engine that takes money for discovery flights the minute someone decides at nine at night, an apply-documents-approve gate for rentals and lessons, and Solari underneath it for scheduling, currency, squawks, maintenance and per-flight billing on your own Stripe account. Then the follow-up that turns a discovery flight into a student. Take all of it or take the piece that hurts most.

Good fit
  • ·Two to twenty aircraft
  • ·Your phone is the only way to book
  • ·Discovery flights that never become students
02
Maintenance shops

End the phone tag.

Shop Desk is being built with a Part 145 repair station in Southern California as its first shop, in preview and not yet paying. Owners start the request, the shop triages worst problem first, and every next step goes to the owner automatically. Per-line approval and payment are still being written. We are not taking a second shop until the first one is paying and those pieces ship.

Good fit
  • ·Two to ten technicians
  • ·Owner approvals are your bottleneck
  • ·You already know what your customers hate
03
Aircraft owners

We set it up. You run it.

It starts with a fit check: an hour on your airplane and a written go or no-go. Then one of two setups. Done with you comes with thirty days of support; done for you comes with sixty, and we do the build. Both put your airplane on the AJM platform: a dry lease reviewed by an aviation attorney we introduce you to, the insurance-class conversation with a broker who does this full time, the four gates before anybody flies alone, and your own portal where pilots apply, sign, put a card on file and get billed per Hobbs hour on your Stripe account. We do not manage your airplane, approve your pilots or take a cut, every decision stays yours, which is what keeps a dry lease a dry lease.

Good fit
  • ·Well-equipped piston single, IFR preferred
  • ·It flies less than you thought it would
  • ·You want the system, not a dispatcher job
  • ·You want to own the decisions, not outsource them

Run your own numbers.

Not our statistics. Yours. Move these to whatever is true for your operation and see what the gap is worth over a year.

Walking out the door each year

$144,000

Inquiries you already paid to get, times the share you would realistically have closed, times what a customer is worth to you. Not every lost inquiry was a sale, that is why the close rate is yours to set.

Handed back to you each year

60 working days

Booking, rescheduling, re-typing and chasing, done by a system instead of a person. That is the part nobody puts a number on.

Start with a conversation, not a deck.

Tell us which track you're in and what you're working with. The owner reads every message. If the fit isn't there we'll say so quickly.

AJM Aviation Ventures, LLC is not an air carrier and not a flight school. Aircraft are leased under a non-exclusive dry lease; the lessee holds operational control and acts as pilot in command.
