N8366X on a wet ramp at dusk, tail number visible in the reflection

For aircraft owners

There's a pilot on your field who would pay to fly your airplane on on a weekday.

Your airplane could be earning instead of sitting there.

Your flying comes first. The rest of the week it can be earning.

Not passive income. A real operation, with the hard parts already solved.

Weighing this against a leaseback? The two, side by side. Or run the numbers on yours.

Run a flight school instead? We do those too.

Seventy eight seconds

Keep the airplane. Change the math.

What a dry lease looks like on your airplane, what we build around it, and what stays yours. Your schedule, your approval, your account.

What could yours make?

Your rate, your hours, your costs. We are not going to pretend we know your airplane.

What it earns

What it costs you

$2,320 / mo

Add up the four below. Most owners land between $1,100 and $2,000 and have never totaled it.

Budget around $5,000 a year, this is the higher lease-class number, not what you pay today. Covering pilots who do not own the airplane commonly runs three to four times a pleasure-and-business premium.

The one owners skip and regret. At 75 hours a month that is $16 an hour set aside, most owners budget $15 to $25. A hard-working trainer eats an engine faster than a hangar queen, so this number moves with the hours above it.

Fuel and oil are the renter's on a dry lease, so they are not here.

The month, on one airplane

Lease revenue
$9,000
What it costs you to keep it
−$2,320
Monthly surplus
$6,680

At this pace, $80,160 a year, before any month the airplane is down for the annual.

$120 an hour × 75 hours, billed automatically to a card on file, on your own Stripe account. After modelled ownership costs, before unscheduled maintenance, taxes and downtime.

What changed

The airplane went from costing you $2,320 a month to paying you $6,680 a month. That is a $9,000 swing, every month, on an airplane you already own.

You fly first

A non-exclusive lease means the airplane is yours when you want it.

You pick the pilots

Nobody flies it that you have not approved. That never moves.

It stays healthier

An airplane that flies regularly beats one that sits for nine months.

Running it takes about five minutes a week.

Your airplane gets its own configured version of the AJM platform, built around your aircraft, your pilots, your rates and your rules. Your pilots do the work. You approve people and read the number.

The same platform that runs N8366X. Yours gets configured to your airplane, your rate and your rules, included in both packages, then $299 a month to keep it running. Revenue figures shown are sample data.

Two ways to do it

Do it with us, or have us do it. Either way you own it at the end.

Same structure, same software, same playbook. The difference is how much of the work lands on your calendar and how much lands on ours.

Done With You

Call for pricing

You have the time and you want to know how every piece works, because you are the one who will run it after. You make the calls, we make sure you make the right ones.

  • The playbook and every template, yours to keep
  • The portal configured on your tail number
  • Your rate set on our framework, with you
  • Introductions to an attorney, a broker and a CPA
  • The four gates, set up and explained
  • Thirty days of support, and you drive it

Done For You

Call for pricing

You want it handled, not explained. We deal with the attorney, the broker and the pilot screening, and you stay out of the back and forth. Two calls with you, kickoff and handoff, and a running operation at the end.

  • A website for your airplane, built and hosted
  • Ads for Instagram and Facebook, ready to post
  • Your Stripe connected and tested
  • Your airplane marketed so pilots come to you
  • Every applicant vetted before you see them
  • Sixty days of support, and we drive it
Start with a fit check

Two of these a month. The sixty days of support is the reason, and it is the part that makes it work.

Line by line

Exactly who does the work.

Fourteen pieces have to happen before a pilot can fly your airplane. This is who owns each one in each tier. Nothing is hidden behind “and more.”

What neither one is.

We never manage your airplane.

Not in either tier, not for any price. We will not approve your pilots, hold your keys, dispatch your flights or ground it. Every operational decision stays yours, that is what keeps a dry lease a dry lease.

We are not your attorney, broker or CPA.

We hand you the playbook and introduce you to the people licensed to advise you. Anything about your lease, your coverage or your taxes goes to them.

It is not a leaseback.

No cut of your revenue, no claim on your tail, your airplane never goes on anybody else's certificate.

It is not a guarantee.

Your airplane, your field and your renters are not ours. We will show you exactly what happened with ours and be straight about what we would do differently.

It starts with a fit check: a full hour on your airplane, your field and your numbers, and a written go or no-go after it. Not refundable, and it comes off the price of whichever build you pick, so if you are serious it costs you nothing. If your airplane is not a fit we will say so, and you keep the write-up either way. Four Done With You and two Done For You a month, and when the seats are gone we will say so.

Who this is wrong for.

Worth saying out loud, because a bad fit costs you more than the setup fee.

  • You want someone else to run it.

That is a management company, and it is not us. If you do not want to approve your own pilots, this is the wrong structure and probably the wrong idea.

  • The airplane is not ready.

Fresh annual, honest logbooks, a panel a renter can actually use. A tired airplane with a dry lease on it is a tired airplane with more people in it.

  • You need the money this quarter.

First pilots take weeks, not days, insurance, checkouts and paperwork all take real time. This is a twelve-month decision.

  • You are not insurable for it.

Your broker decides that, not us, and some airplanes and some owners will not clear it. Better to find out in week one.

Send us the tail number.

Tell us what the airplane is, where it lives and how much it flew last year. We will tell you straight whether the model fits it.
